Sometimes you don’t need to understand everything.
You just need to breathe, pause, and listen.
Because when you return to nature,
you return to yourself.
And that —coming back to yourself—
might be the bravest act you’ll ever do.
🌿 AORIS: the beginning of something bigger
Yesterday, at the first-ever AORIS gathering,
we gave ourselves that sacred space to reconnect.
✨ Bare feet.
✨ Open hearts.
✨ Shared silence.
✨ Bodies softening into presence.
We allowed ourselves to feel, to be,
and we reminded each other that we are not alone.
I’m on that path too.
The path of holding myself with love,
of staying even when I feel lost,
of choosing myself — even when I’m full of doubt.
🌺 Like a flower: strong, cyclical, alive
Like flowers,
we are sensitive, beautiful, cyclical...
but also profoundly strong.
We think we’re fragile,
yet we survive storms, grow through stone,
and still open ourselves to the sun.
A cyclical woman needs the same as a flower:
time, care, love, water, light, and silence.
If you don’t water yourself, you wither.
If you don’t listen to yourself, you dim.
If you don’t embrace yourself, you get lost.
🌱 Are you choosing yourself?
Ask yourself:
Are you giving yourself the value you deserve?
Are you truly caring for yourself — or just surviving on autopilot?
Are you honoring your path, or just meeting expectations?
When was the last time you paused to really see yourself?
🌸 Never stop blooming
Stay wild doesn’t mean escaping the world.
It means returning to your essence.
Rooting back into your truth
and blooming from there.
Never stop blooming.
Even if you’re tired.
Even if you don’t know where to start.
Even if no one ever told you it was allowed.
Honoring your path is self-love.
Slowing down is self-care.
Feeling is healing.
💫 Thank you for being part of this
To the 15 women who came yesterday:
you didn’t just attend —
you were the event.
Your presence, your energy, your soft and powerful glow…
that’s what made it magical.
Thank you for reminding me that
when women feel seen, they bloom.
And when they bloom… they rise.
Thank you for showing me that together, we shine brighter.
This is just the beginning.
And we’re already blooming.
With love,
Ingrid
