Shipping policy

GENERAL INFORMATION

All orders are prepared within 24-48 business hours from the purchase confirmation date for orders placed before 3 PM. If this is not possible, you will be duly notified by our Customer Service team and provided with an estimated delivery date.

AORIS distributes in Spain. Below you will find more details about shipping costs for each country.

If you wish to change the delivery address after your purchase has been confirmed, it is very important that you contact us immediately. Once the purchase has left our warehouse, we will not be able to modify the shipping information for that particular order.

- Any change to the shipping address after your order has been shipped will incur an additional charge equivalent to the shipping cost to that specific country.

- We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

- As soon as your purchase leaves our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. In case of any delivery issues, the shipping company will contact you to schedule a second delivery at your convenience.

PENINSULA: FREE shipping on orders over €100.

REST OF SPAIN

- BALEARIC ISLANDS: EUR 5.43 for shipments of purchases under EUR 100.

- CANARY ISLANDS: EUR 8.67 shipping for purchases under EUR 100.

- CEUTA AND MELILLA: EUR 9.82 on shipments of purchases under 100 EUR.

FREE on purchases over 100 EUR.
