These terms and conditions of sale constitute a legally binding agreement that protects your rights as a customer and our rights as a company. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making any payment.
PURCHASE CONDITIONS
Order
Placing an order on aoris.es implies acceptance of prices, product descriptions, and general terms and conditions of sale. The customer agrees to provide us with truthful and valid information (email address, postal address, payment details, etc.) to process the order correctly and to be able to contact us if necessary.
The customer guarantees that they are fully authorized to use the debit/credit card or payment method provided. In some cases, we may contact you to verify the information provided.
Order confirmation and invoice
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't find it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk mail folder or the Promotions tab in Gmail.
Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. Should any supply issues or stock shortages arise, you will be informed of the estimated replenishment date or the possibility of substituting a product with similar characteristics. If you do not accept the substitution or wait for replenishment, we will proceed with a full refund of the amount paid.
Delivery
We are committed to delivering the products in perfect condition to the address provided during checkout. We will always provide order tracking and delivery status updates.
Product withdrawal or modification
AORIS reserves the right to remove, modify or update products and website content at any time and without prior notice.
Prices
Prices shown on aoris.es include VAT. Shipping costs will be calculated in the final stage of the checkout process, based on the delivery address. The total amount must be paid at the time of purchase.
Although AORIS reserves the right to modify prices, the price in effect on the product page at the time of purchase will always apply.
Pay
We accept the following payment methods:
- VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Maestro cards
- ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
- PayPal
The charge is processed in real time through the secure payment gateway, once the transaction has been validated by the financial institution. We are not responsible if the card issuer rejects the transaction.
We reserve the right to cancel orders or block users if we detect suspicious or fraudulent activity.
SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS
Shipping methods
Orders are shipped via courier. Within the Iberian Peninsula, the estimated delivery time is 24-48 business hours. In other areas of Spain, delivery may take between 2 and 5 days.
Shipping costs
- Peninsula : FREE on all orders.
- Balearic Islands : €4.00 on orders under €100 / FREE on purchases over €100.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla : €8.90 on orders under €80 / FREE on purchases over €80.
- European Union : €19.90 on orders under €100 / FREE on purchases over €100.
- Outside the EU : €45.00 on orders under €150 / FREE on purchases over €150.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES AND REFUNDS
Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 calendar days of receiving the product. To exercise this right, they must notify us via email at hola@aoris.es
Products must be returned in perfect condition, unopened and unused, to the AORIS warehouse:

The customer will be responsible for the direct costs of return shipping, except in the case of an error or defect of origin.
Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal will not apply in:
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Sealed products not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, unsealed after delivery.
Consequences of withdrawal
The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the notification of withdrawal, using the same payment method used in the initial transaction.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
AORIS may offer subscription-based purchasing options for certain products. By subscribing, the customer agrees to a recurring monthly payment using their chosen payment method.
- The user will be able to modify their subscription (add or remove products, change payment method or delivery frequency) from their profile.
- Shipping on subscriptions will be free.
- Cancellation of a subscription will be possible once the first month of registration has elapsed and after receiving at least two deliveries.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This contract is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms, both parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Barcelona , unless otherwise provided by consumer protection regulations.
